Facilities:

In October of 2007, Quality Tool Service, Inc. moved its operations into a new 17,700 sq. ft. facility located in Shell Lake, Wisconsin. With the new, larger facility and additional larger equipment capacity, product flow and efficiency has been greatly enhanced.

In this same facility, a new company, Vantage Manufacturing, Inc., has been established to offer contract manufacturing of sheet metal fabrications. The offering of Vantage Manufacturing includes Sheet Metal Contour Cutting, Brake Press Operations, Stamping Operations, and Welded Assemblies. This enhances Quality Tool Services' ‘in-house’ offering to include prototyping and initial production of the customer's product along with the manufacture of its production tools.
